Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week 2019!

Each year, over 5,000 people experience homelessness right here in Washtenaw County. Many more experience food instability. Each November, National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week serves as a nationwide spotlight, highlighting the issues of hunger and homelessness in our country. This year, the week takes place November 16th - 24th. The Washtenaw Housing Alliance and other local agencies have a variety of events planned to honor the week and provide awareness, community education and advocacy opportunities for our community. We hope you can attend a few!
