The AAHC and Avalon Housing are proposing a 64,529 square foot L-shaped, 6-story mixed use building that includes 67 residential units (10 eff and 57 1-BR), with tenant community space, shared laundry, and a usable roof deck at the top level. There is approximately 2100 square feet of ground floor space oriented towards cultural, community or retail activity along Catherine Street. The development is requesting site plan approval in the D2 district.
