The United Way of Southeastern Michigan is hosting a virtual event for the community to learn more about source of income protections and why they are important and necessary.

Lisa Chapman, director of policy at the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness; and Elizabeth Kelly, retired CEO of Pontiac-based emergency adult shelter organization HOPE will talk about housing justice and current legislative efforts in Michigan around source of income protections for renters and homebuyers.
