COVID Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) Application Portal CLOSES

If you need help paying your rent, you may be eligible for assistance through the COVID Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) program.

Tenants and Landlords can visit https://www.michigan.gov/mshda/rental/cera for more information.

You can apply for CERA online or with a paper application mailed to 100 Arbana Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. However, you still must call Housing Access for Washtenaw County (HAWC) (734) 961-1999 to schedule an appointment.
