Washtenaw Office on Community and Economic Development (OCED) wants to here from you!

Housing Access for Washtenaw County (HAWC) is the main way residents can get in touch with housing & homelessness services. HAWC administers intakes and assessments and refers people for services as appropriate and available. OCED wants to hear about your experience with HAWC.

Topics to cover will include: 

• Experiences with HAWC's call line

• Marketing & accessibility of HAWC

• Referrals from HAWC to service providers

• Referrals from other systems to HAWC

The main goal of the listening session will be to hear from you! OCED may also have some time at the end to discuss solutions & next steps.

All are welcome to attend. If you have called HAWC before, or are a service provider who has worked with clients to call HAWC, we would especially appreciate your input.
