The Senior Living Week Expo on September 30, 2023, is followed by Senior Living Week, October 1-6. Contact Housing Bureau for Seniors for more information.

The Housing Bureau for Seniors is pleased to present as their Expo’s keynote speaker Ashton Applewhite, author of “This Chair Rocks: a Manifesto Against Ageism,” and blog, “Yo, Is this Ageist?”

Ms. Applewhite has been named one of the fifty leaders working to transform the world into a better place to grow older by the UN’s Decade of Healthy Aging platform (a collaboration between the UN and WHO) in 2022. Check out her Ted Talk Let's End Ageism (only 11m 28s) and mark your calendars!!
