Self Care for Caregivers (In-person)

This event is hosted by Arbor Hospice, JFS of Washtenaw County, and Washtenaw Support Network for Caregivers. Join us for a day focused on self care, featuring activities, tools, and guidance.

  • Physical care of your loved one with demonstrations in the NorthStar Institute’s Simulation Lab

  • Cooking for One tools and tips

  • Garden walk in the curated gardens on the Arbor Hospice grounds

  • Music Therapy demonstration

  • Furry Friends will be on hand

Breakfast & Registration is 8:30am (Breakfast sponsored by Zingerman’s Bakehouse)

Program 9am - 1pm with lunch provided at noon.
